It's a decently clean motel. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because one of the rooms I rented had a prescription pill for bipolar disorder slightly under the bed. I know the room wasn't vacuumed very well. The beds were clean as were the bathrooms. We were pleased with our stay.
I’ve stayed here before. But this time check in was amazing with PRATH he is so nice. He is perfect for the hospitality business. I see a huge future for him in this field if he so chooses. He really cares about the guest experience. Even at the red roof inn. I saw him help an older lady to get room. This guy is treasure. Nowadays, you go to different businesses and you’re treated like crap by the staff very rare that you come across a guy like this! As far as the rooms go, it looks like they’re remodeling new floors new paint, new drapes, new furniture. It looks really nice.
Mayuri was excellent! The check-in process was quick and efficient and the room was in great condition. The location is convenient and rate was affordable! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
These hotel rooms were clean and acceptable at the price. The cleaning staff is timely and as the staff all seem to be a family, they treat anyone who stays as such too We had an issue arise during our stay and Sri was very kind and handled the situation admirably. Close to the airport and attractions. SMOKE FREE PROPERTY Smoking policy is to smoke downstairs at the designated table, or feel free to bring your camping chairs and take up a parking spot. Please no smoking in any of the walkways, stairwells, or any of the rooms. Pets are welcome, one per room, dogs or cats. The second pet may be allowed to stay for an additional fee and solely at the owner's discretion, but absolutely no aggressive breeds. Professional and courteous staff at check in. The guy checking me in was really chill and made sure all the boxes were checked. Redroof Westport needs to give that man a raise. Midnight shift. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area in st Louis County. Thanks for the peaceful stay.
It's basic room but comfortable bed. Staff is helpful if you treat them with dignity.
My son picked me from DePaul Hospital at 434 am in the middle of the night.they only had 2 rooms left.they were very kind and understanding my room was clean and everyone was helpful I'm senior and a widow Sachi helped me down to elevator and manager was helpful every clean and welcoming!!!
